I do not know what the signs mean. I wish I knew how to read Japanese. I've asked my friend Sachiko to kindly help me out. But these pics have made me crave for sushi and bento boxes. Click this link and be amazed: Wonderful Bento Boxes

That's the beauty of Japanese dining, Duke. The eyes eat first before the mouth does! :)

The arrangement in Japanese dining is something else. Unfortunately I usually skip sushi because of the rice. This doesn't mean I don't like sushi. Sashimi is more for me, I guess. Bento boxes are wonderful adventures.

Bayi, I also prefer sashimis over sushi. I was just amazed at this wonderful Bento boxes and decided to post about them. The Japanese are so passionate about food preparation. Maybe that's why they are healthier. More feast for the eyes than the stomach.
