Walking Burns Calories From Big Mac®

Don Gorske eats 2 Big Macs and 2 parfaits daily for 36 years but manages to have normal weight by walking 10 miles daily. He weighs 185 pounds and has a height of 6 feet, 2 inches.

Using simple math and nutritional info from said food items, he consumes about 1,492 calories per day (2 Big Macs = 1,180 calories and 2 parfaits = 312 calories).





Walking 10 miles per day burns nearly 1,000 calories. It helps, and he is neither overweight nor obese. His BMI is 23.8 and he is within normal limits.

Lesson: We can always eat anything we want. It maybe sinful in terms of sugar and fat content, but if we have a form of regular exercise like walking, we need not worry about storing those unnecessary weight pounds.
