THE MOST AWAITED SURVEY
--Do you Believe in Surveys?

The most awaited survey by friends of President Arroyo has just been released.

The latest Pulse Asia results show President Arroyo leading movie action star FPJ by 0.2%. President Arroyo got 31.9% while FPJ got 31.7%.

Roco placed third but I was not able to see his figures.

Panfilo Lacson is fourth with a notable increase from 8.3% (Last December) to 10.7%.

President Arroyo must be elated. Or ecstatic.

It is worth noting, however, that for this latest survey, Pulse Asia has increased its sampling size from the usual 1200 respondents to 1800 respondents. What can be their reason for this?

For the Vice-Presidentiables, Noli De Castro overall, leads with 52.9% while Loren Legarda follows with 31.9%. What is significant is that in the National Capital Region (NCR) survey, Loren Legarda beats Noli with 43.1% (Noli only got 35.7%). The strong areas for De Castro include the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

As for me, I do not believe in surveys before elections.

I prefer exit-poll surveys. It is more reliable.
